The staff was very accommodating. When we complained about a noisy neighbor, the lady at the desk quickly addressed the issue and made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and well-appointed with all the essential amenities we needed. the hotel is located in a great spot, within walking distance of a bus stop that takes you to the airport.
The hotel's website advertised a shuttle service to the airport at an additional charge. However, this service was not actually provided.

The hotel was clean and our room had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. the lady at the reception was very kind and helpful when we had a loud guest staying next to us. I also appreciated that there was a bus stop within a short walking distance that took us directly to the airport.
There was no shuttle service offered to the airport despite it being listed on the hotel's website. the staff was still able to provide us with the bus timings and directions to get there.
